
So I got a Personal record from RunKeeper last week, I managed 20 miles in mid week runs! Very pleased, just need to keep it up.
I'm determined to train extra hard this week as a result. My target this week is to run a minimum of 20 miles again. Plus a bike ride on Saturday. My legs are definitely getting stronger and my times over 5 miles are dropping as well.
I should probably review the training log on the Trailwalker website as well to make sure i'm doing the right things... Click here for the training guide.
