My training so far:
Organised walk = 1 (Distance 15.21 miles, time 05:36:20)
Runs (From the 1st January) = 22 (Average distance 4.3 miles, average time 41:15)
I've also cycled 40 miles of the route a few weeks ago.
Definitely need to up my distances, and will aim to do 5 miles a night, 3 nights during the week, and a 10mile+ run at the weekend (could be substituted for a long walk or more preferable bike ride).
5 mile run tonight, hope the other members of the team are doing well!
I use the Runkeeper app on my iPhone to keep all my training data and will post them on here as a log.
